No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you see your order history and track orders more easily.

Yes, as long as the order has not been dispatched. Call or WhatsApp us as soon as possible with your order number. Once a courier has collected the parcel we can no longer change it.

Use the Track Order page with your order number and the email or phone you used at checkout. We also send the courier tracking ID once your parcel is dispatched.

Yes. Schools, universities, labs, studios and manufacturers can request a quote for bulk filament, multiple printers or ongoing supply. Send us your requirement and we will reply with pricing and lead time.

Anywhere in Bangladesh. Orders are dispatched from our office in Mirpur, Dhaka.

Inside Dhaka: usually within 24 hours of confirmation. Outside Dhaka: typically 2–4 working days by courier, depending on the location. Printers and large items may take slightly longer because they are packed and shipped with extra protection.

Courier delivery is shown at checkout before you pay (currently ৳125 for standard parcels). Heavy items such as 3D printers may carry a different charge, which we confirm with you before dispatch.

Yes. Pickup from House 29, Road 9, Block H, Mirpur 2, Dhaka 1216 is available — please call ahead so we can have your order ready.

Two options at checkout: Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh, or online payment through the EPS secure gateway — debit/credit card, bKash and other mobile wallets. Card EMI is available through the same online payment option on eligible bank cards.

Yes. Online payments are processed by a licensed Bangladesh payment gateway over an encrypted connection. Costareen never sees or stores your card or wallet PIN.

Yes, on eligible bank credit cards through the online payment option at checkout. Available tenures and banks are shown on the payment page. Contact us if you would like EMI on a printer purchase and want to confirm your bank first.

Yes. Costareen is an official Polymaker supplier in Bangladesh and sells genuine Bambu Lab, SUNLU and AlgoLaser stock — never grey-market, refilled or repacked items. Filament arrives sealed with desiccant.

Yes. Printers carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and Costareen handles the warranty claim locally so you do not have to ship anything abroad. Keep your invoice; it is your warranty proof.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos (or an unboxing video). We will replace the item or refund you as described in our Returns & Refund policy.

All our filaments are 1.75 mm and work with virtually every FDM printer, including Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Anycubic and Elegoo. Bambu Lab spools and refills are AMS-ready. Check the “Specifications” tab on each product for print temperatures.
