Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every purchase made on costareen.com or placed with Costareen by phone, WhatsApp or email. By ordering you agree to them.
1. About us
Costareen is a Bangladesh-based retailer of 3D printers, filaments, resins, laser engravers and accessories. Office: House 29, Road 9, Block H, Mirpur 2, Dhaka 1216. Phone: +880 1681 443070. Email: [email protected].
2. Orders and acceptance
- An order is a request to buy. It becomes binding when we confirm it by SMS, email or phone.
- We may decline or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the price was displayed incorrectly, the delivery address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud. Any payment already made is refunded in full.
- Products marked “Coming Soon” cannot be ordered until a price is published.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
- Prices can change without notice, but the price shown when we confirm your order is the price you pay.
- We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment through the EPS gateway (debit/credit cards, bKash and other mobile wallets, and card EMI where offered by your bank). Online payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway; we do not store card details.
- For high-value items such as 3D printers we may ask for partial advance payment before dispatch outside Dhaka.
4. Delivery
- We deliver throughout Bangladesh by courier from Dhaka. Typical times are within 24 hours inside Dhaka and 2–4 working days elsewhere. These are estimates, not guarantees; courier delays, weather, strikes or holidays can extend them.
- Please check the parcel on delivery. Damage or a wrong item must be reported within 3 days of delivery (see Returns & Refund).
- If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available after repeated attempts, re-delivery may carry an additional charge.
5. Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Printers and machines carry the manufacturer’s warranty, serviced locally by Costareen against the original invoice. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised modification or normal wear of consumable parts (nozzles, build plates, belts, filament).
6. Product information
We work hard to keep descriptions, specifications, photos and stock levels accurate. Colours may look slightly different on screen. Where a genuine error is found we will tell you before dispatch and give you the option to cancel.
7. Use of the website
- You must give accurate contact and delivery details and keep your account password private.
- You may not use the site for anything unlawful, attempt to interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
- Content, photos and branding on this site belong to Costareen or their respective brand owners.
8. Liability
Costareen’s liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or failed prints, or for damage caused by using a product against the manufacturer’s instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the laws of Bangladesh.
9. Privacy
We use your personal information only to process and deliver orders and to support you. See our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dhaka.
